Tara Yoga Centre aims to reveal traditional spirituality in its essential form, teaching not only physical techniques, but including fundamental theoretical principles which form the basis of the yoga and tantra systems.
We provide weekly classes of yoga, tantra and other spiritual disciplines. Also, we organize camps, workshops and other spiritual events, in order to create a framework for applying the spiritual teachings in a spiritual community.
