~ A Magical Journey Through the Chakras ~

With the occasion of the summer solstice, our spiritual school will once again organize our yearly summer yoga camp in the UK, including the yang spiral meditation at Stonehenge.
The camp and Stonehenge spiral meditation are open to both students and non-students of the yoga school.

The yoga camp takes place from Monday 14^th to Sunday 20^th June. Participants to our camp will have the chance to go deeper into the practice and understanding of yoga, being able to share their experiences with others having the same aspirations.

This year we will take a magical journey through the chakras as we dedicate each day to exploring one of the seven subtle energetic centres of our being. During the day each activity will aim to focus on the qualities related to the corresponding Chakra.

These groups focus on awakening and developing qualities that are specific to men and specific to women.

The angels group is meeting regularly to deepen our connection with the Angels inspired by how a close relationship with Angels can enrich us from the spiritual point of view, assist us to overcome challenges, inspire us to fulfil our mission on earth.
We use specific techniques to deepen the communion with the angels, techniques of opening of the heart, meditations, sharing, movies, conferences, spiritual games, we organise some spiritual actions and the angels week.

Angels Week 26 October - 1 November 2009 - “Be with an Angel”

On Sunday 26th of July between 4 and 5 am Tara Yoga Centre participated in Anthony Gormley’s art project in Trafalgar Square.

During this event our chosen participant performed an embodiment of the Great Cosmic Power Tara, meditating on love and compassion on top of the 5 meter plinth.
For many traditions, the Great Cosmic Power Tara represents compassion, knowledge and love. She offers Her blessings at the stirring of each dawn. The precious stillness She inspires just before dawn is a moment when Her vast knowledge and compassion for all beings can be felt.

Spreading the message “Be an Angel”
During the week from 27th of October to 2nd of November 2008 parallel to the different daily meditations communion with the angels of love, knowledge, compassion, wisdom, patience, intuition, peace and all guardian angels, we organised actions inviting everyone to be the secret angel of someone in need.
