At Tara Yoga Centre we organise many other regular spiritual activities apart from our on going yoga and tantra courses. Such events include yoga camps, workshops and conferences, vira and shakti groups, an anual yoga contest, spiritual celebrations, a monthly open house and meetings for special meditations.
These activities help to create a spiritual community and a framework where we can apply the spiritual teachings we have learned in the yoga and tantra courses.

Our yoga school offers an unique chance for each student to meditate during beneficial astrological moments. By attuning through the process of resonance to these special astrological moments we are assisted in our development and evolution, by the awareness upon the energies that exist and manifest in that present moment in the entire Universe. Also, by meditating at same time with our colleagues we can experience the unique effects of meditation in unison with hundreds and even thousands of others.

Spreading the message “Be an Angel”
During the week from 27th of October to 2nd of November 2008 parallel to the different daily meditations communion with the angels of love, knowledge, compassion, wisdom, patience, intuition, peace and all guardian angels, we organised actions inviting everyone to be the secret angel of someone in need. |
