True to tradition we will go to Stonehenge for our Summer Solstice Yang Spiral Meditation on June 21st. In this very special energetical place we will meditate in triangulation (* see below for further information) with our colleagues in specific points in Denmark, Italy, Germany, France, Finland and Romania- for the benefit of the entire planet.

This year we will have the sunrise meditation at Stonehenge (4 - 5:30am) and the second meditation at the astrological moment of solstice at the stone circle of Avebury (about 22 miles north of Stonehenge). The second meditation will take place 5 - 6:45pm.

* triangulation meditation = This consists of a meditation performed simultaneously in three different locations, forming a perfect equilateral triangle with one another. The tip of the triangle formation is located in Stonehenge and the other two points at specific locations in Europe. The subtle energy of the triangle form helps to amplify to an even greater extent, the beneficial spiritual effects of the spiral meditations.
