 There often is a tendency to oppose the will of asceticism and of denial of the touchable world – specific to yoga, to the systematical use of the manifestation, in all its aspects-which is specific to tantrism, or by other words to oppose the transcendence to the immanence and non-duality to duality. This presentation aims to match these concepts creating an original and exciting synthesis between Yoga and Tantra.
By these revelations we’ll realize gradually that in this world where everything is driven by the law of discontinuity, the tinny interstitial spaces between the action sequences actually represent those fissures where we have to jump without fear to reach the transcendence. The eternal present is there. As soon as we’ll have (by constantly implementing these ideas) the first ecstatic states we’ll be amazed to realize that reaching the illumination doesn’t necessarily require engaging ourselves in huge and spectacular actions. Committing ourselves in full enthusiasm on this path we have to understand that the dangerous routine can only be changed into aware habit by lucid and detached observation; but this implies a radical inversion.  Have you ever considered what makes you strongly believe in your ideals and stick to them? Have you noticed your whole being uplifted by a sublime ideal you aim at?
Aspiration means in fact the unifying gear of some mysterious, highly divine forces connected to the most sublime aspects of our being. Aspiration is also a specific form of desire that triggers states of RESONNANCE, but at a superior level and which is awakened by the ideal patterns involved in the spiritual evolution. It has a profound, positive influence upon all our decisions and it also enables the inner states evolution and therefore the psychic, mental and spiritual progress.

Sanskrit Scriptures clearly state that if we speak to God for one day and one night without interruption, He will answer us. More precisely, we will truly be able to understand His answers, because of the accelerated elevation of our instruments of perception. Despite the method being extremely simple compared to the greatness and happiness of the divine answer offered to us, there are extremely few persons capable of making this effort. Even among the thousands of yoga practitioners who have received these revelations and who desire to communicate with God, very few have attained sufficient spiritual maturity. They are not purified enough to offer unconditional divine love, and so are incapable of being able to continuously invoke God through prayer for one day and one night ( 24 hours). |

 The yang spiral meditation is a form of group meditation unique to the yoga branches of the ATMAN International Yoga Organization.
These meditations are organised to be performed in unison throughout the various branches of ATMAN such as TARA Centre UK , NATHA Denmark and MISA Romania.
The aim of the yang spiral meditation is to bring into awareness of the participants the presence of Cosmic Consciousness and to be part of the worldwide efforts of raising the consciousness of the planet and of entering into a superior stage of evolution of humankind.

What is the art of blessing  The world exists, from a certain point of view, to awaken the faith in God in us. The Art of Blessing is the first essential step which the human being can take towards God. If the Art of Blessing awakens the faith in God in us in the beginning, through perservering practice of this extraordinary spiritual method we can “melt” into God, merging with Him completely. This initiation is unique in the world and we consider it to be an extraordinary revelation for the whole of humanity.
In the beginning it is enough to believe that God exists, or at least to have the inner openness to practice the Art of Blessing. That is sufficient for this “grain” to develop through the Art of Blessing to reveal an overwhelming splendor. When we reach ecstatic fusion with God, we understand that He is everything, He is the only One who truly exists. In a state of spiritual ecstasy, Samadhi, we see nothing but God, we also forget about ourselves because God is everything. The Art of Blessing makes us understand that the Divine Grace moments are not occasional. They are expressions of necessity and can be triggered exactly when we wish as a consequence of the Art of Blessing.
