As each of us could realize, the life means mysterious subtle energies, flows, Prana, dynamism and movement. As long as each of us are able to move, are dynamic and fit we can say that we are living and that the mysterious subtle energy of life exists and manifests in our inner universe.

Each step that we take, each word that we say, each idea that goes through our mind, each state that we have, each gesture that we make are all the same expressions of this mysterious energy of life. Either we know it or not, either we want it or not, all these altogether and each of them in part generate within our inner universe different specific phenomena of occult resonance with certain spheres of energy in the Macrocosm. Depending on our habits and resonances, which occur within us most of the time, all these phenomena of occult resonance generate in our inner universe certain subtle energetic prevalence. This is why, they often say that habit is the second human nature. At the same time, it is necessary to realize that all these manifestations are confirmations of our human condition. But all these also relieve the so-called “death” that each of them implies. Few of us realize that all these manifestations determine us to die at every moment and come back to life at next. It is important to realize that at every moment we die and the very next moment we are born again. This process of so-called death in a moment and of revival in the next moment takes place even when we don’t realize it. This mysterious process of “death” and “rebirth” at every moment is an ineffable one. By means of this sequenced “death” – “rebirth”, we consequently know the instant.

Any loving relationship, any love relationship, based on transfiguration and Sexual continence is at the same time a gorgeous extraordinary journey, where each of the lovers carry in their luggage, sometimes unrecognized, a multitude of secrets.

In the second stage, we feel profoundly excited and happy at the approach of our lover and his subtle energetic camp over our aura.  We instantly feel his thoughts and inner states, even when he is at distance and thinks of us with love and ardent desire.  At other times, we guess and perceive with anticipation that he comes to us suddenly and he may really appear in front of us.  We contemplate his facial expressions or admire his way of sleeping, his sensual, charming or nonchalant sleeping position, coiled up or straight, with his hands lain on this chest, just like a saint.

The tantric route resembles a brave journey which leads us through unknown and very interesting regions inside our being. In these areas, so close and in the same time so far away, ecstatic adventures through the “jungles”, “oceans” and “deserts” of our psyche await us.

In recent years, Tantra has awoken the curiosity of the Western world not so much as a spiritual method to access ecstatic existences but rather as an art through which to obtain erotic experiences worthy to be entered in the Record Books. We can confirm that to make love for hours in a row is not fiction, but a genuine art anyone can learn, with the condition the person is endowed with patience, tenacity and will power. However the aim in Tantra is not to make demonstrations exhibiting one’s sexual capacities, nor to adopt spectacular and complicated lovemaking positions, but to bring more control, more relaxation, beauty and transfiguration in the amorous act, in the aim to have access to sublime states of consciousness.
