| The Beneficial endless force of Kindness (part I) |
by Gregorian BivolaruUnjustly underestimated or simply forgotten, kindness is and will always be the secret light of the soul which unites people through the agency of goodwill and guides them towards inner harmony and happiness. This aspect is strange especially if we consider that kindness is a virtue, which is worth being awakened and amplified, manifesting it afterwards permanently. Even though the idea of kindness appears in theory as being beautiful, in reality it can be easily noticed that manifesting constantly a state of kindness is often met with irony, with maliciousness and even hypocrisy. In the world we live, when one comes in direct contact with violence, with the maliciousness and the selfishness which have the tendency to amplify each day that passes, the sublime, noble ideas and good feelings, often leaves room for indifference, hardness and a devastating coldness. The great sages and great yogis of this world have often stated that anything good and beautiful we give to others, in the same time we offer it simultaneously to ourselves. This aspect is also valid when we give to the others maliciousness, poison, waste which we also attract through negative processes of resonance in our own being. Sometimes in some beings instead of kindness exists only weakness. To be the richest person, to be the most beautiful, to be the first in everything you do – thinking that always the aim justifies the means, showing a total lack of consideration and common sense towards the others – this seems to be the despicable way promoted by nowadays society to bring all of this to completion. In our days many people consider that the most powerful is the one who can squash with cruelty his opponents and the people around him. This is the behaviour especially of those people who state for themselves in secret, that the scope justifies their means no matter how low they stoop in order to reach it. Yet, the wise ones always stated that the beneficial divine power, the true power has no need to be implemented in a forceful way upon the others in order to feel the effect of that power. If we look attentively and with lucidity beyond appearances, we can see easily that to use a despotic power in a forceful way to extract some services or advantages from some human beings, it only reflects in the end the incapacity of getting all of these through your own power. Such a tyranny and forceful power exercised upon the others, is in fact the hidden sign of tyranny. All the despots know, or at least, were able to observe that at a given moment, inevitably, when the victims turn their back in disgust to their tyrant, in the end the tyranny no matter how awful it is, will lead inevitably to isolation. In the end, if we analyse attentively and lucidly we can realise that nobody likes to be manipulated or dominated. Knowing the cynical way of the ones who manipulate, the human beings will observe the insidious reality of the process of manipulation. Shortly afterwards the human beings will leave in disgust the tyrant and the loneliness in which that person will sink in, deeper and deeper everyday, will leave him vulnerable. Due to the situation in which the tyrants are contenting themselves, they do not realise that we are always more powerful when we are kind and do good, and this power becomes even bigger when we are united and brotherly towards each other. The despots who are using unceasingly their ephemeral power - which has been granted to them - only in order to dominate or to terrorise the others, will always end up vulnerable, alone and miserable. The bad, forceful power exercised now to force others through fear and intimidation - leading us only to fulfil our bad, egotistic and selfish aims - proves to be in long term a weakness that will lead us to descend into a scarring infernal abyss. This is the reason why a writer has said that “the science without consciousness is the ruin of the soul”. It is necessary for the one who wants good to renounce the position of dominating the others in a despotic way. Often the ignorance in which we get complacent is not allowing us to see that the position of dominating force upon the others is most often inversely proportional to the force that we exert upon ourselves. Therefore, the more a human being wants to rule the others the more this shows how incapable he/she is in reality in conducting and ruling himself. The wise ones have realised a fundamental truth many years ago– in reality what interest can you possibly have to want to dominate others when you are deeply immersed into a state of deep peace and at one with yourself? A human being, who has attained this state of deep harmony, feels no interest in dominating the others in no matter what way, because he/she knows that when we multiply the number of human beings who we dominate, we also multiply the problems that will appear inevitably through this action. Therefore renouncing the position of exercising the tyrannical force upon the others is beneficial to us. Beyond this, we show an attitude of beneficial force when we aim to transform ourselves or to attain an excellent control upon ourselves. Due to this and to a persistent attention towards it, each and every one of us can transform the defects into qualities and through the starting of beneficial processes of resonance in our own inner Universe, we can succeed on our own fears. This allows us to open widely the gates of inner stillness. With very rare exceptions, most of the philosophies do not apply in an absolute manner. Therefore none of them deny the paradoxes. Knowing this aspect, kindness lived intensely and deeply cannot and should not be anything else but a sincere manifestation of our own unfailing will power. (to be continued) |
