Every authentic Spiritual path, every religion, every important philosophical system are all expressing in specific forms the fundamental effort of the human being towards Liberation. Consciously or unconsciously, everything in this Universe evolves faster or slower towards the same essential goal. This Universe, even though it is gigantic, is just a part of an infinite existence. Restrained to a certain form which is subjected to space, time and determination (causality) we are perceiving parts of this Universe with our mind and senses (we can see it, feel it, touch it, hear it), we can draw it from our imagination, we can perceive its subtle force of influence and we can describe its specific principles and laws of manifestation. |

Love, truth, well-being, detachment, complete bliss, freedom, beauty, equality, in one word: wisdom - this is not only a moral code but ultimately the supreme goal of the human being, because they are containing an extraordinary powerful manifestation of his spiritual force received through ineffable resonance from God. The huge self-mastery required by the altruistic action done according to the Karma yoga system is simultaneously the expression and the proof of a tremendous spiritual force, which the yogi can manifest, as he considers necessary according to his free will. To know to whom should you give help, when and what kind of help and - very important - to know how should you give it, how much and the ways through which this help will reach its target – so that it doesn’t generate new binding effects or karmic consequences - represents the clear proof of a wise, detached action, completely integrated in the Divine Harmony. Only in this way will your detached action, born out of a deep understanding of the divine necessity, gradually transform into a gigantic freedom to manifest your spiritual force bestowed upon you by God. |

conference by yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru Time devours everything except those who have attained immortality. We can say that the human being can approach God when he consecrates everything he does. The moment he offers the fruits of his actions to God, and God receives this gift, as a fruit which is not to be used by the one who does the action, but by God, in that moment, the being becomes close to God, to the Eternal, and lives, to a certain extent, in the same way as God does. In this moment the human being can feel the embrace of God as Father, and he can realise what it is like to embrace God. It is an essential thing, and we should not forget to offer the fruits to God; so we will be able to feel this divine state. After the consecration, we will feel that God Himself manifests through us, and in that way, we can feel his inspiration, grace, power, and we will be freed from the chains of Karma. Many people are afraid of their actions. Why? Because actions, made without a consecration to God, enchain people. Sooner or later, in this existence or in a future one, these actions will oblige their author to suffer the consequences. If the action was bad, the fruits will be bitter. But even when the person performed good actions, he will be obliged to incarnate, to return and receive its fruits. |

This meditation is a wonderful way to begin and end your day. As it has a deeply harmonizing and euphoric, relaxing effect, it helps us directly perceive the subjective nature of space and time. We lie down on a bed or on the floor and for 10 minutes, every morning or evening as we close our eyes, we firmly and clearly visualize the way that our vital, energetic body increases and expands more and more. We make it enlarge as much as possible also becoming aware that the energy allowing such deeply beneficent dilation comes from the Macrocosm. We continue the expansion until our body eventually reaches the room ceiling or - if we perform the exercise in the open air - the sky above. We will gradually become familiar with this vitalizing and euphoric feeling for two or three days and at the same time notice an extraordinary clear feeling of peace at the level of our entire body. |

by yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru 1. Ask yourself:”where am I?” Answer yourself: “HERE”. Ask yourself then: “In what moment am I?” Answer yourself: “NOW”. Repeat these questions until you become profoundly permeated by the truth of these two eternal coordinates within in which you exists, existed and you will exist for ever: “HERE” and “NOW”. |

by yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru Yoga provides a large scope of ancient techniques, which can also be some means of de-conditioning and spiritual self-accomplishment of the human being. The positive suggestions here can be comprised in everyday life as a spiritual catalyser. If given thorough attention, no matter the order they are taken, they shall be utterly helpful in our de-conditioning process, which finally leads to an accelerating spiritual accomplishment. We sometimes do not understand that we literally get to live after we begin to firmly say “no”. For a yogi, “NO” means to deny all that is not real. Against all appearances, saying “NO” actually means to evince utmost kindness both towards the others and to ourselves. This sharp and plain attitude can spare us years and even a whole life of pain and misery, which we accept in equanimity. To say “NO” actually means to utter a steady “NO” to torpidity, to useless expectations, to malicious illusions, opinions, to negative conditionings, to hasty judgements, to stupid critiques, to forged culpability, to disturbances, fear, suspicion, jealousy, gossip and mechanic answers. In short, this means to withstand all evil. To say “NO” also means unconditioned obedience and devotion towards God and spiritual detachment. |

by yoga teacher Nicolae Catrina The essence of the relationship between the Spiritual Guide and the aspirant can never be known only from the outside, because in fact it can never be an object of knowledge for those who are not ready to identify with that ineffable, mysterious state experienced by an aspirant on the Spiritual path. It is also necessary to realize that this relationship is not a concept that we can understand only with our mind. Even if we can speak about this relationship between the Spiritual Guide and the aspirant, defining it in different ways (some of them very subtle), all these are only “marks” on the path each of us has to walk in this direction. Basically, all these are just impulses from the mind that appear within the spiritual practice ( Sadhana). |

In our Sadhana (the spiritual practice) countless traps can occur, which can divert us from the direct and ascending path leading us to the spiritual realization. Thus it’s necessary to have a larger view regarding the way we still have to follow, in order not to limit ourselves, not to stick permanently at the same stage. These basic aspects will help us much better know ourselves, clearly understand the stages we have already covered and also realize the stages we actually have to follow yet. 1. The initial euphoria which comes together with the first twinkles in the awakening consciousness will sooner or later tend to recede in most of the cases. This aspect is proper to the impact duration of the energy of the beginning, which gives us support when we take the first steps on the path of the spiritual achievement. After this effervescent period there often occurs a feeling of lack, a decreasing state of grace which can even lead to despair. The poem written by Saint Jon of the Cross named “The dark night of the soul” approaches this state of Conscience of that one who feels he had lost for the moment the divine grace he was so happy to live before. |
