With London caught up with the festivities of the 2012 Olympic Games, we invite you to come and participate in a true contest of heart and soul to celebrate spirituality at Tara Yoga Centre. All of Tara's students are invited and encouraged to participate in a Yoga Contest in the "Spiritual Olympics", which will allow us to assess ourselves, to contemplate what we have achieved, to ponder upon the results of the annual cycle that is coming to a close. This will be less competition between others, more an inner journey of awareness.

The Yoga contest will include a test of Hatha Yoga postures, an intelligence test, a test of subtle perceptions and a theory test from the 1st year of study.

And as with all contests, there will of course be prizes of free workshops and lessons for the best participants.

The programme on Saturday July 28th:

16:00 - 19:00 Yoga Contest
19:00 - 21:00 Meal and reflections on the finishing study year (with slideshows and happy memories)
21:00 - late - Celebration with music, dancing and more...
