Spiritual Group for Women |
The Spiritual Group for women is a spiritual adventure in experiencing the magic of being a woman. Shakti means in Sanskrit, feminine power, force of nature, energy. She is the expression of the eternal feminine, or the Mother Deity, unifying the femininity and maternity through her manifestation as the force of Nature. Unjustly underestimated or simply forgotten, kindness is and will always be the secret light of the soul which unites people through the agency of goodwill and guides them towards inner harmony and happiness.
When it is seen from the point of view of the occult law of resonance, kindness is revealed to us as being a state which shows subtle mysterious processes of resonance with the focus centres of the energy of good and harmony, that exists in the Macrocosm. Beyond all these, nowadays, kindness is seen as a weakness, especially by the materialistic, selfish, sceptical or malicious people. However, being most of the time kind is and will always be one of the most powerful and efficient modalities of interacting in a beneficial way between people. Even though kindness is part of the 7 years of upbringing and childhood education, and it is a basic necessity of our society and even of religious culture, most of us refer to kindness with indifference. |

Swami Vivekananda describes the ideal of Karma yoga as follows: "The ideal human being is the one who amidst the deepest silence and the biggest solitude finds the most intense activity, and the one who amidst the most intense activity finds the silence and solitude of the desert." "The Karma yogi doesn’t need to believe in any doctrine. He may not even believe in God, he may not ask himself what is the soul and he may not be attracted by any metaphysical speculation at all" (Practical Yoga).
However, because the spiritual masters from the Orient whose teachings we have inherited are all profoundly religious, it is not surprising that they interpret Karma Yoga from this perspective. Sri Ramakrishna says: "Karma Yoga is the spontaneous communion with God through action". From the perspective of Bhakti Yoga system, this interpretation can be seen as the revelation of the Divine through love and from the perspective of the Jïana Yoga system as the pursuit of the awareness of the Absolute Divine. Ramakrishna said als "The supreme goal in Karma Yoga is the same as in all forms of Yoga: the realisation of the Supreme Eternal or the Impersonal Divine."

We all want true and lasting happiness. We find this happiness in many ways, depending on the level of spiritual development we have attained at any given time. It is important to reach true happiness. A genuine and efficient Spiritual path will offer ways and modalities to develop all aspects of our being so we can reach true happiness by fulfilling all aspects of our personality, physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual. In yoga, the body, the emotions, the mind and the intellect need to be developed optimally, so that they can function in perfect harmony with one another. When this happens one can live happily in a real sense. Then the body, the emotions, the mind, the intellect can be used as tools to transcend one's limits and to experience the Divine.
