Tara on the Plinth
As part of Anthony Gormley’s project, One & Other, Tara Yoga Centre invites you to join us in a music meditation at the base of the fourth Plinth from 4-5am on Sunday July 26th.

This meditation is open to all.

Please join us in Trafalgar Square in this meditation with the Goddess Tara, as we implore her to manifest her love, compassion, understanding and grace to all beings. Through the power of her love, within the heart of the city with ask her blessing that London be transformed into a centre of love, spiritual knowledge and divine understanding.

For many traditions, the Goddess Tara represents compassion, knowledge and love. She offers her blessings at the stirring of each dawn. The precious stillness she inspires just before dawn is a moment when her vast knowledge and compassion for all beings can be felt.
